Stir Fried Bean Noodle

2 rolls of Bean Noodle (75 g) 1 t Soy sauce
110 g ground pork 1/4 t sugar
2 T Diced green onions 1 C Water
1 T Diced ginger 2 t Sesame Oil
1 T Diced garlic 4 T Cooking oil
1 T Hot Bean Paste  
Soak the bean noodle in warm water for 2 hours. Drain thoroughly.
Heat 4 T cooking oil in frying pan until very hot. Stir fry the ginger, gralic, and ground pork until done.
Add hot bean paste, soy sauce, sugar, and water into the frying pan. Add the drained bean noodle, turn up the heat and bring to a boil. Turn down the hear and cook the noodle. Keep stiring while cooking until the noodle becomes translucent.
Add the diced onion and sesame oil. Mix and serve.
