Pearly Meat Balls

1 lb Ground pork 1 T Light colored soy sauce
1 T Rice wine 1/2 t Salt
1 Egg 2 T Corn starch
1 T Finely chopped green onion 2 C Sweet rice
1 T Finely chopped ginger  
Soak the sweet rice over night, drain it thoroughly.
Combine ground pork, rice wine, salt, soy sauce, chopped green onion, chopped ginger, 1 T corn starch, and egg. Mix them well.
Sprinkle 1 T corn starch on a tray, spread the sweet rice on top. Get a spoonful of pork, form a ball, roll it on the sweet rice to coat it with rice (expect about 2 dozen balls).
Line the steamer with a damp cloth, place the meal balls on top. Steam over high heat for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
